Participated in project as project architect at HB Design, Singapore
The client is one of the major property developers in the city of Pune, India with a substantial portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects.
We were retained as design architect for the project, working closely with the management and in-house team of contractors and engineers. The Verano is slated to be a luxury residential development in a recently rezoned area of Pune city.
The project consists of six towers of interlocking duplex apartments varying in size from one to three bedrooms. A key feature of all the units is the double-height balcony overlooking the communal central garden.
